Join our training in Benalmadena, Spain (23-29 Oct 2026) to foster resilience in youth NGOs. Youth workers will learn to improve frameworks, share best practices & build proactive adaptability.

Context and Overview

The youth sector is constantly evolving, requiring organizations to be adaptable and prepared for sudden shifts and future challenges. The training course “[ES-820] Organizational development for preparedness: Fostering resilience in youth NGOs” is designed specifically for professionals active in the fields of non-formal learning and youth work who want to strengthen their organizations from the inside out.

Taking place in Benalmadena, Spain, from October 23nd to 29th, 2026, this mobility will gather youth workers and project managers from across Europe and partner countries. The training focuses on evaluating and enhancing operational frameworks to promote a culture of proactive resilience within youth projects and non-governmental organizations.

Project Objectives

  • Equip junior youth workers and project managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to assess and improve their organizations’ operational frameworks, fostering a culture of adaptability and proactive resilience.
  • Share and analyze successful case studies and best practices in organizational development, focusing on strategies that enhance preparedness for future challenges in youth projects.
  • Create a platform for youth workers to connect, share experiences, and collaborate on innovative solutions, thereby strengthening partnerships across diverse youth NGOs.
  • Facilitate the creation of tailored action plans for participants, enabling them to implement learned strategies and tools in their respective organizations to enhance preparedness and resilience.
