This exciting international youth exchange program will happen from 06-09 Nov 2026 and is open to everyone. Leaders, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from all countries can apply to attend the program in person in Spain.
The goal of this International Exchange program is to engage youth by sharing knowledge, collaborating and exchanging cultures, and offering participants an unforgettable experience in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities—Madrid.
Nexus Youth Exchange program offers Fully Funded, Partially Funded, Self-Funded, Premium Access Pass, and Official Visa Invitation Letter categories. Participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops, networking sessions, leadership activities, cultural experiences, and interactive discussions with delegates from around the world.

Official Visa Invitation Letter Category
Applicants who need visa support documentation can apply for the Official Invitation Letter category to receive:
● Signed and stamped invitation letter
● Participation confirmation
● Visa support documentation
● Guidance for the Schengen visa application process
Applicants can secure their participation directly through the self-funded category with a guaranteed spot in the program. No selection process is needed. If you do not want to wait for selection results and would like direct access, you can choose the self-funded option and receive full access to the program, an official visa invitation letter, a graduation certificate, participation in all sessions and activities, and many other benefits.
The Premium Access Pass offers a guaranteed spot at the Nexus Youth Exchange 2026 without waiting for the selection results. Participants will receive luxury accommodation, meals, an official visa invitation letter, visa support, full access to all program sessions and activities, a graduation certificate, networking opportunities, a guided city experience in Madrid, and access to the Nexus Alumni Network.
Groups who would like to attend as a team, university delegation, organization, NGOs, or just friends can apply for the Group Booking category. Groups of five or more will receive a special discount for all categories available.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Nexus Youth Exchange 2026, applicants should:
● Be 16+ years old
● Applicants of all nationalities are accepted
● Demonstrate interest in leadership and global engagement
● Have a passion for cultural exchange and collaboration
● Be willing to participate actively in program activities
IELTS and/or TOEFL are not required!
