Join the European Network for Mental Health of Youth in Warsaw!
Young people’s mental health and well-being are becoming increasingly urgent challenges across Europe. Many organisations are already responding through youth work, education, community initiatives and international projects. Now it is time to bring these experiences together, learn from one another and explore what we can create through European cooperation.
The Q Zmianom Association invites youth workers and NGO representatives to take part in the European Network for Mental Health of Youth, a Partnership Building Activity taking place in Warsaw, Poland, from 21 to 29 November 2026.
Connect, share and create
The meeting will bring together people and organisations working with or for young people across Europe. During seven days of educational activities, participants will:
- meet inspiring organisations and potential international partners;
- exchange methods, experiences and good practices;
- discover local youth work and mental health initiatives in Warsaw;
- discuss the challenges currently affecting young people;
- explore self-care, nature-based regeneration and burnout prevention;
- learn about funding opportunities, including the Erasmus+ Programme;
- develop concrete ideas for future international projects;
- become part of a growing European network committed to young people’s well-being.
The programme will combine workshops, study visits, networking sessions, outdoor activities, an interactive city game and project development in international teams.
Who can apply?
We are looking for participants aged 18 or above who:
- work with or for young people in an NGO based in an EU Member State or a third country associated with the Erasmus+ Programme;
- are interested in young people’s well-being, development and mental health;
- would like to exchange good practices and build long-term international partnerships;
- hold a decision-making role in their organisation or can actively contribute to developing new projects;
- can communicate in English in an international working environment;
- are motivated to become involved in the European Network for Mental Health of Youth.
Your organisation does not need to specialise in mental health or provide direct psychological support. We welcome organisations working in different areas of the youth field, as diverse experience and fresh perspectives can lead to more creative and meaningful cooperation.
Previous Erasmus+ experience is not required. The meeting is also an opportunity to learn about the programme and find partners for your organisation’s first international project.We welcome up to three participants from each organisation.
Participants will stay in a comfortable, accessible hostel next to Warsaw’s Old Town. Activities will take place in different locations around the city, usually between 10:00 and 18:00.
Take the network from online to real life
The European Network for Mental Health of Youth was created as an online space for exchanging knowledge, opportunities and partnership proposals. This meeting is an opportunity to bring the network into the same room, strengthen relationships and transform shared ideas into concrete action.

Costs
Participation fee
Participation is free of charge thanks to co-funding from the Erasmus+ Programme.
Accommodation and food
Accommodation in shared rooms, working materials, local transport and all meals except one dinner will be covered. Participants will arrange and pay for one dinner independently.
Travel reimbursement
Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the meeting, up to the applicable Erasmus+ distance-band limit, upon submission of the required invoices, tickets and boarding passes.
