Karuna Center for Peacebuilding practitioners have traveled the world developing and implementing sustainable strategies for conflict transformation in partnership with local organizations. The center’s training guide Peacebuilding in Divided Communities, authored by the center’s founder and senior advisor Paula Green, was first published in 2012, and represents best practices gleaned from over 20 years of facilitating peacebuilding workshops. The guide invites the reader into the philosophy behind the center’s peacebuilding efforts and includes workshop designs, case examples, and training tools.
We are pleased to share both the full English manual and the slightly shorter Arabic manual with peacebuilders, development professionals, trainers, and anyone interested in peacebuilding and conflict transformation, in hopes of expanding the resources available to all who seek to enhance collaboration and peaceful coexistence.
