Training Course
20-27 June 2026 | Chutor Gorajec, Poland
The training course aims to introduce participants to principles of empathic communication and, in a safe space, practice empathic communication skills.
We intend to achieve the abovementioned aim by the following objectives:
– To introduce participants to the assumptions of emphatic communication
– To provide a space where participants can explore their feelings and needs
– To reflect on ways of communicating with people on a daily basis
– To reflect on relationships with others and with self
– To train multiplicators who will share emphatic communication principles in their local community with young people
– To create a space for establishing new international partnerships in the field of soft skills.
Applied methods of work:
We will be learning here in a non-formal, learner-centred, safe space. Some of the methods and techniques may be known to you from other Erasmus+ trainings, but some may be unfamiliar. We invite you to come with an open heart and mind. We encourage experimentation, curiosity and mistakes without blame.
The training course will be inspired by the principles of Nonviolent Communication.
