About the team and the job
Degordian is a digital-first agency that helps businesses advance to the next level. Our Mostar office consists of 18 curious and hardworking marketing enthusiasts.
Join us in designing impactful campaigns, crafting unique visual identities, and creating captivating content for social media, all within a dynamic and supportive team. Your qualifications
- Preferably BA or MA degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in similar positions
- Excellent knowledge of graphic design
- Experience with a variety of visual projects
- Experience with photo and video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Experience in preparing designs for offline materials
- Excellent knowledge of one of the official languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina (C2) and good knowledge of the English language (B1), both written and spoken
- Adept at problem-solving and quick thinking, ensuring creative solutions under tight deadlines
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good research skills
- Interest in current graphic design trends
- Interest in digital marketing
Bonus points
- Agency experience
- Good knowledge of web design and Figma
Your day-to-day
- Creating visual solutions for brands on social media channels and other digital platforms
- Photo editing and photo manipulation
- Designing infographics, presentations and online brochures
- Working on creative concepts for marketing campaigns (taking part in the creative process and creating visual solutions)
- Working on branding projects (logo and visual identity design)
- Creating engaging video content for social media
- Working on offline graphic designs (designing and preparing files for print)
- Developing marketing design services and processes
- Participating in brainstormings and proposing creative solutions within your field of work
- Cooperating with other departments
- Researching and studying graphic design innovations and sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues
