Upute za ponuđače

I.         SCOPE OF TENDER

Qualified tender offers (bids) are sought from competent contractors for the following supplies:

Professional stage. The modular stage of size 8 x 10 meters, which is foldable. Adjustable stage steps. Professional telescopic legs that are an integral part of the stage, and all additional equipment necessary for the stage. In the offer, it is important to indicate how much cubic capacity it has (what is the volume). /

Kvalifikovane tenderske ponude (ponude) traže se od nadležnih izvođača za sljedeće nabavke:

Profesionalna pozornica. Modularna bina dimenzija 8 x 10 metara, koja je sklopiva. Podesivi stepenici. Profesionalne teleskopske noge koje su sastavni dio bine, te sva dodatna oprema neophodna za binu. U ponudi je bitno naznačiti koliko ima kubika (kolika je zapremina).

II.          TENDERING/ PROCES PRJAVE NA JAVNI NATJEČAJ

1. Tender documentation are sent to the Tenderers by e-mail to the e-mail address known from public sources or suggested by the Tenderers. Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded./ Tenderska dokumentacija se dostavlja ponuđačima putem elektronske pošte na e-mail adresu poznatu iz javnih izvora ili predloženu od strane ponuđača. Tenderske forme i uputstva sadržana u tenderskoj dokumentaciji moraju se striktno poštovati u suprotnom tenderska ponuda može biti isključena.
2. If any of the Tenderers requires any clarification relating to the tender, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address: procurement.bih@peopleinneed.net If PIN answers the question, all other Tenderers will be copied in the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail. /

In case the Tenderer does not inform PIN about corresponding e-mail address PIN will send the copy of the answer to any e-mail address available to PIN from public sources and then the Tenderer cannot claim that they/it did not know the same information as other Tenderers.

Ukoliko neko od Ponuđača zahtijeva bilo kakvo pojašnjenje u vezi sa tenderom, takvo pitanje

treba poslati na PIN putem e-maila na sljedeću e-mail adresu:

procurement.bih@peopleinneed.net Ukoliko PIN odgovori na pitanje, svi ostali Ponuđači biće kopirano u odgovoru. Komunikacija će se odvijati putem elektronske pošte. /

U slučaju da ponuđač ne obavijesti PIN o odgovarajućoj e-mail adresi, PIN će kopiju odgovora poslati na bilo koju e-mail adresu dostupnu PIN-u iz javnih izvora i tada Ponuđač ne može tvrditi da nije znao iste podatke. kao i drugi ponuđači.
