Regional Anti-corruption Initiative (RAI) is an intergovernmental regional organization comprised of nine member countries from South East Europe (SEE): Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania and Serbia; and thee observers: Poland, Georgia and Slovenia. Kosovo institutions are the beneficiary of RAI activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Qualifications:

  • A citizenship of a Regional Anti-corruption Initiative’s member country; University degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Political Science and Security studies preferred;
  • At least three years of professional experience in whistleblowing, integrity or anticorruption;
  • Demonstrated experience in management of EU project cycle management;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple beneficiaries and stakeholders in SEE region;
  • Experience in managing project staff;
  • Be familiar with international organizations, networks and projects with whistleblowing and/or anticorruption portfolio;
  • Fluency in English Language;
  • Ability to operate Content Management System would be considered an advantage;
  • Demonstrated professional experience in the South East Europe region would be considered an advantage. Competences:
