Oglas za radno mjesto: Office Secretary

Our client is looking for “Office Secretary”

• Work Place: Sarajevo
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00 (weekdays) Saturdays are working days in the beginning of operations until the mobilization is completed (These hours are indicative only and subject to change after our research at local laws – not precise times)
• Lunch: Included in the salary
• Transportation: Included in the salary

• Net Salary: BAM 900,00 – 1.200,00 depending on the qualification (to be paid to the employee bank account in net)
• Contract duration: One (1) year and will be prolonged at the end of each year for another year

• Skills:
-Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication and cooperation with colleagues, fluent English,
-good command of office applications (outlook, word, excel etc.)
-Russian knowledge is a plus.

•Requirements:
-At least 5-6 years of experience as a Secretary or Office Assistant or Director’s personal assistant. Bachelors’ degree on any field. Construction company experience is a plus but not obligatory.
